MÍRAME MENU
Paying tribute to the locale that inspired the restaurant, the menu is highlighted by Chef Gil’s use of the purest, locally sourced ingredients and produce as well as seasonal influences that articulate his original spin on Mexican cuisine such as house made masa from heirloom organic corn varietals.
The menu is complemented by an extensive and carefully curated list of Mexican wines alongside an abundance of small batch Mexican spirits, some of which are bottled exclusively for MÍRAME.
