HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

We are committed to keeping our staff and patrons safe and we’re following all LA County regulations. All staff have been tested for COVID-19 and we screen our staff daily upon arrival in accordance with LA County and city protocols.

THE MÍRAME TO GO EXPERIENCE

  • We are stapling shut our to-go bags for each delivery order, and our boxes, are sealed with stickers.

  • We have introduced curbside pickup when possible, so guests do not have to come into the restaurant.

  • We have both contactless payment and contactless pickup available for both our guests and delivery partners.

  • Hand sanitizer is available for guests, delivery partners and staff at the point of pick-up.

MÍRAME IN-RESTAURANT DINING 

We have trained our staff with all recommendations for health and safety to ensure that they are well-versed in and adherent to the best practices.

Social Distance dining: we are following the LA county restaurant guidelines for operating safely including increased table spacing and limited indoor seating capacity.

SANITATION & CLEANLINESS

  • All of our front and back of house staff wear masks and gloves, and they are required to sanitize and/or wash their hands each time they change gloves. Gloves are changed after each contact with a guest.

  • Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff.

  • All high-volume points of contact are sanitized hourly door handles, faucets, etc.

  • Our staff will sanitize their hands as often as possible - and every time after handling a credit card or cash - but at least once every 15 minutes.

  • We have a detailed end-of-the-night sanitization and cleaning checklist.

  • The restrooms will be cleaned every 30 minutes.

  • We added more frequent sanitization of every touch screen, so all screens are cleaned every 15 minutes.

  • All tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized between parties.
