HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
We are committed to keeping our staff and patrons safe and we’re following all LA County regulations. All staff have been tested for COVID-19 and we screen our staff daily upon arrival in accordance with LA County and city protocols.
THE MÍRAME TO GO EXPERIENCE
We are stapling shut our to-go bags for each delivery order, and our boxes, are sealed with stickers.
We have introduced curbside pickup when possible, so guests do not have to come into the restaurant.
We have both contactless payment and contactless pickup available for both our guests and delivery partners.
Hand sanitizer is available for guests, delivery partners and staff at the point of pick-up.
MÍRAME IN-RESTAURANT DINING
We have trained our staff with all recommendations for health and safety to ensure that they are well-versed in and adherent to the best practices.
Social Distance dining: we are following the LA county restaurant guidelines for operating safely including increased table spacing and limited indoor seating capacity.
SANITATION & CLEANLINESS
All of our front and back of house staff wear masks and gloves, and they are required to sanitize and/or wash their hands each time they change gloves. Gloves are changed after each contact with a guest.
Hand sanitizer is available for guests and staff.
All high-volume points of contact are sanitized hourly door handles, faucets, etc.
Our staff will sanitize their hands as often as possible - and every time after handling a credit card or cash - but at least once every 15 minutes.
We have a detailed end-of-the-night sanitization and cleaning checklist.
The restrooms will be cleaned every 30 minutes.
We added more frequent sanitization of every touch screen, so all screens are cleaned every 15 minutes.
All tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized between parties.
